Sarah Mauskapf

Sarah is a licensed professional counselor, board-certified music therapist, and registered art therapist with over a decade of experience across clinical, residential, and school-based settings. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Therapy from Slippery Rock University and dual Master of Arts degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Pennsylvania Western University.

Sarah believes that healing looks different for everyone. She blends music, art, and traditional counseling to help clients express themselves in ways that go beyond words. Her approach is strengths-based and humanistic, honoring each person’s unique story and potential for growth. Sarah has extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and families.

Sarah lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband and their two young sons. Inspired by her own journey as a mother and therapist, she has always dreamed of opening a creative, compassionate, and inclusive space for healing. She is proud to bring that dream to life by offering integrative therapy services that combine the expressive arts with traditional talk therapy.

In addition to supporting individuals and families, Sarah is deeply passionate about helping the helpers. She understands firsthand the emotional weight carried by educators, therapists, parents, and caregivers, and she is committed to offering a space where they can process, recharge, and reconnect with their purpose. Whether through creative supervision, expressive workshops, or individual therapy, Sarah provides thoughtful support for those in the helping professions who so often put others first.
