To reduce plastic waste, most shirts are shipped without individual polybags.

Because each item is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, or selecting the wrong color. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

While our fulfillment partner works hard to produce high-quality products, occasional printing errors or defects can happen. Because orders ship directly from our fulfillment partner, Beyond Words is unable to personally inspect each item before it reaches you.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we're happy to help. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order with your full name, order number, and photos of the issue. If the claim is determined to be the result of a manufacturing or fulfillment error, you may receive a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.
