Terms & Conditions

Headshots and Handshakes is a networking event hosted by Heal With Creativity, LLC (Ann Marie Hines) and Beyond Words Creative Arts Therapy, LLC (Sarah Mauskapf). By registering for Headshots and Handshakes, participants agree to the following: Registration: Each $75 registration fee (paid via cash or Venmo at the event) includes admission for one clinician, two professional headshots, light refreshments, and opportunities to connect with local clinicians and mental health professionals. Cancellations: If you can no longer attend, please notify the organizers as soon as possible. Advance notice helps us plan for supplies and allows us to offer your spot to another clinician. Because no upfront payment is required, we ask all registrants to communicate attendance changes promptly and professionally. Photography: Professional headshots will be provided as part of the event and delivered via email within three weeks of the event. Additional photos may be taken during the event and used by Heal With Creativity, Beyond Words Creative Arts Therapy, or Your Golden Hour Photography for promotional purposes. Professional Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment. Organizers reserve the right to remove anyone whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or harassing. Liability Disclaimer: By attending, participants acknowledge that Ann Marie Hines of Heal with Creativity and Sarah Mauskapf of Beyond Words Creative Arts Therapy and Your Golden Hour Photography are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, damage to personal property, or other claims arising from participation in the event. While such incidents are not anticipated, attendance and participation are voluntary and at the participant's own risk. Event Changes: Organizers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. By registering, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
