Service Description

Led by clinician and educator Phil Mauskapf, this weekly virtual supervision group is designed to support music therapy students, interns, and professionals in building clinical confidence, deepening therapeutic insight, and strengthening musical skills. With over 15 years of experience in mental health, medical, and educational settings, Phil brings a creative and practical approach to supervision. As an experienced clinician, supervisor, and multi-instrumentalist, Phil provides a supervision experience that is dynamic, supportive, and growth-oriented. Enrollment includes access to a 60-minute weekly virtual supervision group, a monthly 20-minute one-on-one guitar coaching session tailored to clinical application, and a curated resource library with intervention ideas, video tutorials, and more. Whether you're navigating tough cases or looking to sharpen your clinical musicianship, this group is designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence. You’ll also benefit from connecting with a supportive community of fellow therapists who understand the unique challenges and joys of this work. The cost is $160 for the full 4-week series, which includes your monthly guitar coaching session and access to all materials.
